Bad service Reno Spur Bellville, will never visit again

been to Spur reno few times, was satisfied, but on 18 aug 2017, my husband and myself visited, ordered ribs etc,, i always ask for baked pototo with sour cream, waiter did not know what it was, he went back and forth to check, came back with holder, and after pouring it over the pototo, realised , it was normal cream, and it caused a mess in my plate, cream dissolves and it looked like a sauce. i did not eat my food,, THEN THE MANAGER (FEMALE) came doin her rounds, and she asked if everything was ok,,, i explained i was dissapointed etc, guess what,, she apologised, and went on her merry way,, i at least expected a boiled pototo with sour cream offer, or was i suppose to get irrate and make a scene before anything gets done, was really 1st time that i did not want to give the usual tip when we paid......
