Bad service received from a manager’s

I had a problem with my vouchers to be redeemed and then the waiter call the manager call cyprial manager-cyprial was so rude and I didn’t like his tone of voice when speaking to me and instead of apologising for his rudeness he just decided to spite on me and tell my partner that he will call him and offer him a free meal
