Bad Service, Poor Quality of Food

Hi. We visited Nigel Spur on the 27/01/2016. We received bad service from the time we walked in. No waiters at the door. Finally got served by a lady from the kitchen staff, which we appreciate, but didnt take down our orders correctly. I ordered hake and calamari and only received calamari. I complained and received the hake later, which was not cooked. It was still cold. The other order was lamp chops WELL DONE. We received it definitely not WELL DONE, but still bleeding. Totalling disgusting. We complained about the food and sent it back. It was deducted from our bill. We waited forever for the bill. We finally went to the till where all the staff and manager were standing and having a conversation. The bill which we disputed and later fixed by the manager was basically thrown at us by the Manager and walked away without an apology. Not even an apology from the staff or the Manager. Very bad attitude and poor service received from Nigel SPUR.
