Bad service nd bad food

I booked a birthday celebration for my 12 year old nephew and they said his table will be decorated with blue& white baloons bt instead de table had no baloons and we also ordered spur burger nd the patty was crumbling as if it was minced meat,one of us ordered 1/4 chicken & it was still red inside it was not cooked well, it had no salt or spices it was bad. The manager gave us new order of 1/4 chicken bcs that one was still raw inside but the taste was still bad. The onion rings were so bad it was as if i was eating oil I was not happy with the service at all.
