bad service..kinda made amends

I'm a little indifferent here to post this. Went to the spur in Eden Glen (Kara Glen) yesterday.<br> <br> The service was poor, they tried making it up to us....but then failed us again.<br> <br> The manageress came to introduce herself, and gave the kids a \cardboard Indian headdress\" --thank you for this appreciate it.<br> <br> I complained that we did not receive one meal as ordered. The manageress arrived with it about 10 minutes later. I then asked her to organize another cold drink for one of the kids.....it never happened, and eventually i fought with the waiter for it. It then arrived.<br> <br> The manageress then arrived with 2 x sets of toys for the children, as an apology, i appreciate this.<br> <br> we asked that the remaining foods be packed, as my 3 and 6 year old didn't touch the food, (hamburger and chips and toasted sandwich).--still waiting for it.<br> <br> We asked the waiter that they sing for one of the kids. We asked twice, it eventually happened.<br> <br> Then asked for the bill, by the time the bill came, i was headed out of the restaurant, and met the waiter on my way for payment.<br> <br> And then left without the take-aways,,,because it took so long, or just never arrived. Atleast we werent charged for some drinks!<br> <br> "
