BAD SERVICE GIVEN BY A WAITRESS

On Sunday we went to Eagle peak Spur in Majuba mall (Newcastle) and our waitress was Primrose, the gal had so much attitude <br> We had to wait for more 30 minutes for our food and she didn't even bother to apologise for the wait,when she bot the food she literally throw the plate at the table,she didn't bring water for us to wash hands and not even once did she come and check if all is still well,do we need anything or what so ever,she took her own time when we asked for the bill,I complained to the manager and he didn't seem interested in what I had to say,he just said hes sorry and that was it,I logged a complain in the Spur website and told them that I need feedback but I haven't received any till now.I have been a customer at Spur for years and not even once had I experience such a *** service,I need someone to came back to me,give me a formal apology and tell me what action was taken to discipline that gal and what are they going to do to ascertain that no one ever experience that type of service.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Very Unhappy Client<br> <br> Zinhle Mavimbela<br> ***<br> [Email Removed]<br>
