bad service from the waitress

I am extremely disappointed with the waitress at spur honeydew,I went to have lunch with my family she served us and I was happy until it was time to pay my bill and the gratitude(tip)I gave her she didn't look happy I could see her face, she then took my money of which I expected a change from it so as she was walking down the payment point she stopped one of her colleagues and open my bill discussing my gratitude money the face expression from the colleague and she turned and looked at us I felt so low that I went there to have lunch with my family not support the staff of spur by paying I don't know how much for a tip she should be great fully I even tip her.I am very disappointed with the service I got I even called the manager but the apology I got was not good enough. .spur honeydew must fall if the service is this bad.
