Bad service from Brooklyn Mall Spur

FREE FILTER COFFEE - COMPLAINT SPUR BROOKLYN MALL

I was now two weekends in a row for breakfast at Spur Brooklyn Mall and not once was I offered this free filter coffee.

Any reason why?

I went to Spur in Brooklyn for Unreal Breakfast on Sunday, 20 Sept 2020. Order from the waiter and clearly stated that the chips must be fresh. Needless to say, the chips was "old" drench with oil. You could see it was chips already baked and just warmed up again. No one, not the waiter nor a manager came and ask if the food is in order. I left the chips and finish the breakfast. Waiter came told him how horrible the chips was. He just said he will tell them. Did not offer to replace it. So in future, it is a no for breakfast at Spur.
