Bad service for spur steak ranch in Vincent East London

I am highly disappointed with the service I received from spur Vincent this morning. I ordered a meal at 9h14 on the app and was advised the order will be ready in 30 minutes. I went to collect my order around 9h45 but got there, the order is not ready and the staff assisting could not even find the order. I waited for a further 30 minutes only to find my order raw so I had to go back to spur. The manager assisting me did not even apologise for this inconvenience, not thinking about my time and money that I have wasted ,and just sent the meat back to the kitchen and had to wait some more time before getting the meat. This is the worst service I have received
