Bad service for a busy evening

With the Birthday Special of Spur, one would think their planning would be up to par for a busy evening. Unfortunately due to poor management the staff (waiters) where to few for serving all the customers, causing a waiting time of more that 30 min to re-order drinks. Let's face it, Spur is definitely one of the more expensive restaurants when it comes to the extras like drinks and side meals, so no matter how special their prices are on a 50 year birthday, you still pay a lot of money when you bring your family with. So one would assume the customer service would be of great value. This goes out to Spur Santa Rosa management, pick up your socks, you are losing customers.
