Bad service

Is there no option not to select a star cse I rate them 0....On our way to a lovely holiday after a long journey we stop for breakfast at super grill and go in Thanda Tau @ the sasol petrol station. Our waiter was terrible that is actually a understatement. His name Innocent. 1st of all they took for ever just to bring us drinks and the manager came and explained that the cappuccino machine is broken which we understood and ordered something else. After that we waited again people came and go, but still we were very patient. Finally our drinks came with out straws and yet again we were patient giving him time to bring it and we had to ask for and he gave it to us with attitude. My daughter ordered hot Chocolate and still we very patient and ask where is the hot chocolate with attitude he lifed his arm saying he told us the machine is broken, how should we know its the same machine and they only gave us alternatives for the cappuccinos. They food was so cold and when I decided I had enough. I stood up and went to the manager and to my surprise the was the hot chocolate standing there on the counter wow. The manager apologized and just did what he is supposed to do and said he will serve us. Just as I thought things can go worse wala hair on my cheesegrille. I call the manager and showed him the hair. It wasn't one of our hair cse it was fried on the cheesegrille. He just apologized and offered to bring me another cheesegrille. How do I wait for another hour just to bring a cheesegrille I didn't even finish my food almost had half left but had to pay for it. Our toast only came when everyone else was almost done with their food, but yet again we had to pay for it. I'm very unhappy there so much more that i Just left out cse I think it's small things like how innocent messed with the milk on the floor and didn't even wipe it. Why would u not clean up after u messed.
