Bad service

My partner and I went to Spur this morning for breakfast, we were the first customers there. The lady that opened for us was very rude and arrogant so we stood outside still shocked about how she approached us, whilst standing outside 3 white ladies walked straght in no questions ask and when we did eventually walk in we were ask to sign the covid register and for temperature. When we asked why the 3 ladies just walked in without any of that being done she responded again in a rude manner than we decided to go elsewhere due to her bad attitude. We ended up in Birchwood Spur were we where welcomed with a smile.
