Bad Service extremely disappointed

Abenaki Spur Promenade Mitchell's Plain. On the 27th of August we went to the Spur at Promenade I think we arrived just after 6pm.When we arrived we sat for about 5 minutes the waitron came to the table. She did not introduce herself and not very friendly. She then proceeded to take our order. We waited 40 minutes for the food and when it came my husband's steak was on a hot plate that he said he did not want and she then took it back. His food came back and when I looked at the food the lemon was in a very poor condition on my schnitzel and the onions were very poor quality aswell. The manager then came to the table and I complained she took my food away and my husband asked if his food must get cold because we wanted to eat together. She then took the food away and when she brought it back the onions were in a better condition but the food was cold. I ate the food but I did not enjoy my meal. We did not have a pleasant experience and it was my birthday and my husband wanted to treat me but our experience was not great. This was day and night from the service received at Tokai Spur. Very disappointed. Also we ordered a take away when we placed our order which did not arrive at the table. When we went to pay the cashier was first counting her money in her till and all but ignored the patrons waiting to pay. She did not excuse herself or anything. The whole experience was awful. I sent a review through on the same day and received a SMS that I would be contacted by a manager which has not happened yet. Also sent a message to Spur Steak Ranches on Instagram and have not received feedback as yet.
