Bad service experienced today

I went to Thunder Spur in Durban West Street to have breakfast. I always have breakfast in this restaurant the service I received was ****. The lady took about 15-20 minutes to bring a menu. After I asked for the bill and she saw that I wanted to use a speed point she took about 15 minutes also to come back to me. She actually sent someone with the speed point. On the delay of bringing the menu she just said “I am sorry I was busy with something.” Really???. Her name is Ncami.
