Bad service experience

On the 15th January we went to spur Vaal Mall for lunch , our waiter was friendly after we order our drink we order our meal at about 13h35 then our order came 25 to 30 minutes later the food was very cold the ribs and the wings as if they are coming out of the fridgfridge, the chips and onion rings where fresh.

I asked our waiter why did the order took so long he said the kitchen is slow. And I told him that my food is cold ... he then called the manager I think her name was Thandeka the lady apologised with not so good attitude she took my food back to the kitchen and said she will remove the meal from the bill .... she never gave us any attention she was in a hurry I told the waiter that I still needed my food as I was hungry and that's the reason I came to spur to eat... the manager offered me to come and collect my food later as we were in a hurry to go somewsomewhere.. .. 2 hrs later I returned to get my food I experienced the same attitude from the manager...... Thandeka ...I was very disappointed by the experience as I love spur Vaal Mall .
