Bad Service Ever

Me and my wife stood for an Hour or so in a que, well we understood that it is month end, and it's very busy. Finally got a table and we were assisted by Themba, we waited for the food, yet again we understood that they were busy, next thing we asked for Tabasco Sauce and we waited for hour, asked to the manager and we were told the manager is busy, and my wife asked for a well done steak and Themba our table assistant asked my wife what must he do abt it? Like really how can you ask a customer that?. My family and I eat there as often as we can as we live nearby. but I am totaly shocked of the service I got today.
