Bad service

I have experienced bad service at spur kolonade mall, waited more than 30mins before being served, we had to call a passing by waiter to take our order. After we had ordered hot chocolate it was served cold, the lady who served us food never greeted or introduced herself. No one came to check up on us I had to go to reception to ask for our bill and still waited too long for the bill. My night and Appetite was ruined.
