Bad Service

I visited Spur Ladies Mile on 15/07/2024 and the service I received from the waitress in fact she never introduced herself to me was bad. As per the slip, her name is Winki(17) She left me in the dark at the table which is unacceptable I never even had the chance to order a meal. She saw a white couple coming in and hurried to them to assist and they received their food ASAP. Someone came to me I guess it was one of the managers on duty and she advised the waitress had forgotten about me(that is insane that I'm colored). Is that how you treat your patrons? I left hungry and extremely disappointed.
