Bad Service - Dissatified customer

Yesterday (24.03.2024) my husband and I went to the spur in Galleria and was highly dissapointed with the service and nausiated.

When we arrived there we were placed in our seats, we placed our orders and had to wait approximately 45 minutes for our orders firstly. While waiting we had a waitress walking past our table continuously snorting instead of going to the toilets and blowing her nose, this is unprofessional.

When we received our meals my husband's steak which he ordered medium rare was extremely rare. We ordered a take away for my daughter and the spur did not have any take away lids for the size of the milkshake we had ordered, they took so long that by the time we left with no lid the milkshake had melted and was runny.
