Bad service delivery

I went to Spur Sanlam Centre. I ask for rib and chicken and rib with pork chop and wings. The ribs was burnt. When I got home I show my daughter she said no this is unacceptable and suggested I must report them to hello Peter. I was sitting at table numbers 10 and my account was R630 with the tip. It was my grandchilds birthday.
