Bad Service

Spur Boardwalk , PE Ordered 2 cheese burgers , medium / rare , it was RAW , manager said he will recook the patties ................abysmal , I ate half of mine so I paid , my husband only ate 1/4 , that was taken off the bill Manager had a very bad attitude , you cannot take patties off and recook , surely he should know better
