Bad service costs a lot!

I'm not usually someone to complain and usually just leave the matter be. But after thinking I decided, no, going out for an evening with family is a costly affair.

I came to visit my kids in Thabazimbi and decided to spend some time with them and treat them to a evening an eagl mountain spur.

To say the least I'm really disappointed! Service started ok but quickly start to irritate me.

1) The food qas mediocre at best and not really hot, it was warmish and the cheddarmelt schnitzel wasnt even melted. 2) The waiter wasn't really present at the table 3) The kids were having fun playing so I decided to opt for take home boxes, yet by the time the waiter eventually decided to turn by my table their food were ice cold (I know it would've cooled down anyway, but at least it wouldn't have dried out. 4) I ordered a lucky packet for each of the kids for after dinner, that also never came. 5) I asked for extra soda s****s to share my bar one shake with them, the shake was done by the time the s****s arrived 6) I asked for the bill when I ordered the shake, also never came, so I paid by the cash desk.

I do understand sometimes it gets busy but rather make the bays smaller when the waiter has to tend to bigger tables.

But I also have to gibe credit where it's due. The lady in the kiddies area was really kind and good o the kids, she deserves a little extra, did a wonderful job with my son's face paint.

Yet the store has some work to do regarding service...
