Bad Service continues , Spur Herm**** Ocean Creek

Service service , getting worse and what a waste to even report it. FOOD ECELLENT , manager EXCELLENT to resolve issueI only come be cause of my kids. I seems wateress seems to think that bad service and little communication with customers is acceptable. Your service was bad last year and getting worse. Reported to managent numerous times which indictes they are aware but good help is hard to find. Low level traing and customer ingagement. When asked the waiter to intoduce herself and her name , her comment which is belittle me and condecending was that she will do it later because she is cleaning the table. I though , your training you introduce yourself first.. New waitress and still has white lable for name. If correct this is the lady that did training 2 weeks ago. SHE KEPT ON EGNORING ME. Does not smile and thay is why customer get frustrated. Cleaning table after you eat is a major issue. They leave it till it biults up . Did not cleaned table and someone else took over after my request. I asked for a new waitress her name for complaint she walk away. Her name Mama G . I was sitting at table 18 today. Service , customer greeting , frienlyness is a free service and by that one earns rips . It is a job with perks. You are not intitled to tips for bad service.
