Bad service

I’m currently in the restaurant Spur Springs mall I’ve been waiting for my breakfast for an hour, placed my order @10:00 the table next to me received their order and they even finished having their breakfast whilst I’m still waiting they arrived at the same time with us. My child been asking me when is the food gonna arrive, his meal was delivered to the table @10:55 and our breakfast now at 11:00. The waiter didn’t even bother to inform us that there’s a delay. The restaurant is not even half full.
