Bad service

My order was a take away I was rushing somewhere. I ordered 2 wings 8 portions with a small chips. The lady that was taking my order stated that the order will not take more than 15 minutes. Placed the order at 5:25pm and I received my order at 6.03pm. I grabbed the order I left I ever send had I not paid for this I would have left this order. Your manager who is a family said enjoy your in a sarcastic way as I left. No apology nothing. She a white female lady. Your manager run after me to bring a sauce and cool drink I rejected the offer. He is an African male. I was disrespected. Why didn't the tell me before u have problems at the kitchen it was only when I requested someone to check on the order and kept saying its coming they are busy with it at 6:49pm. I was rushing to hospital visit needed to pick up people. My order had no salt or pepper and no serviettes. Im very upset about u handle my order. My client experience with ur restaurant was very poor. Please investigate this and come back to me I'm going to hello Peter and and twitter now. I'm definitely sure the a time frame that a take away must be finished
