Bad Service

The service was very very poor and annoying.. We visited Apache spur in cape town.. Our waitress was Lillian the service yhooo so disappointing she took our order I ordered a started n asked her to come for my main n drink order she never came back not even to come and check on us.. The quality of the food not ayoba food burnt and cold no pre drops serviettes toothpicks as my partner had ordered ribs not to mention no cutlery .. After 45min close to an hour a manager came we told her she apologized and brought us serviettes and took our drinks order writing it down but still brang a wrong wine to the table whilst we we're sitting with dirty plates..... I don't recommend that spur to anyone as it was not our 1st time receiving poor service @that spur.
