Bad service by Spur manager in Heidelberg

I was at spur in Heidelberg next to pick n pay on the 20 December 2020 and time was 12:50, I ordered buffalo wings, they brought me a very dry wings like a biltong, I complained to the waiter, he went to the manager and the manager told the waiter that wings are fine and he won't do anything about it.
