Bad Service

I took my kids to spur yesterday the 16/12/2020, I must say i have never ever experienced such bad service. The waitress just up food on the table without even greeting us or introducing herself, I had to stand up go find myself saurses because one of the waiter there told me he doesn't know where to find a Tabasco sauce. I asked the manager who was going around and asking people if they were ok for a Tabasco Sauce and he never came back The same waitress who served us food never came back to find out if we still ok or if we need to order anything else. I spoke to a gentle man im not sure if his a manager or supervisor there and told him I was disappointed in the service we received and im not gonna pay a tip because of the bad service. He apologised for the bad service took my numbers and told me I do not have to pay for the drinks because of the bad service I received, when i got home i realised that i was **** to because what I had ordered was 4 R169.00 meal. R169.00 x 4 = 676, I made it clear that I will not pay for a tip because I will not pay for a tip after the service I received. my total bill was R850.00 which means I paid for the drinks which were supposed to be removed from my bill and also paid for the ****ty services.To make matters worse the food was not even fresh the ribs were off and burned.
