Bad service at spur maverick

We where at maverick Spur in Three Rivers. We booked tables for 25 people as it was my grandmother's 74 th birthday for a breakfast. The booking was done on Friday 2018/10/26 near the play area as there is 7 small children. Booking was made for 10:00 to 10:30.

On arrival there was no booking on the list but a confirmation SMS was received for the booking. We were accomadated in one section of spur. After 10 min we were moved to other tables. Drinks came for one couple. The couple that ordered last got their good food first but no drinks. We had to order at 3 different waiters to get all the drinks and all the food came with no toast. The toast only arrived after most of the food was cold. Add ons came separately also when food was already cold. This is not how we expected our service at spur.
