Bad Service at Spur Irene Village Mall

Last week Sunday I went the for lunch with my daughter. As we walked in the restaurant, we waited for close to 5 minutes to be seated and no waiter came to assist us and there was a man(waiter) at the reception, he was on the phone and didn't bother to assist or even get us a waiter. We walked in and got a table, as soon as we sat down, a family of white people walked in, the man(waiter) who was at the reception put down the phone and assisted the family. We sat there at out table for close to 15 to 20 minutes without any waiter assisting us with orders. We then decided to leave and went to another restaurant where we received great service(at pizza vino).
