Bad service at Spur

Hi admin. On Saturday afternoon I took a family of 10 people to Spur in Tzaneen. Had made a table reservation but upon arrival such a table wasn’t available. When I asked the manager why that was the case because I had made a reservation, he responded that tables are on a first come first serve, I wasn’t happy with that. What was worse is that we had to wait for almost 2 hours for our meals to get ready. I asked my waiter about it, she responded that they are understaffed and can’t cope with the number of people in the restaurant. I agreed with her because I could only count up to 4 waiters, they were really not coping, I found that really unfair on the waiters because they have to bear the brunt of the customers because of poor management. Please assist the manager to do better to manage that branch.
