Bad service at smokey ridge spur highveld mall

Me and my family went to Smokey ridge spur, waited for few minutes at the door to be attended. Took them about 30 minutes to attend us to take our order, we even asked for a manager but we still waited for like 10 to 20 minutes to be attended.....bad service, bad response, and when we got the manager she told us that they are short stuffed.....its not my problem and I don't give a ball for that....bad service is bad service.......
