Bad Service at Monte Casino

<p>26 November 2016 we arrive at Spur 9:45am. The waiter took 15min to bring menus. At 10:10 we placed our orders. At 11:00 still we didn't receive our food. After talking to the manager no attempt was made to help us. After 11 we receive our food. When we had a look at our plates we didn't get any bacon. After notifying the manager that none of is had any bacon on our plates they rushed and brought us a plate of bacon. It was completely burned blacked. This is the worst service we ever received at Spur. During the long wait 6 out 10 people stood up and left due to the food taking so long. I will never use Monte Casino Spur again.</p>
