Bad service at mall of the south spur

On the 1st of Jan 2016 we waited for a long time for meal ,the manager said other stores were closed and the gas was switched off for them,the chips were bad and cold...onion rings too crispy...ribs half made..I had to ask for everything e.g. water to wash hands,toothpick,tomato sauce .the bill was added things I didn't order.the family was never asked and taken in a bill of R450.00
