Bad service at a spur birthday party 8 april 2015

I booked my son's birthday party at observatory spur for 8 april. When I called to advise I was running a bit late, they had no record of the booking. When we arrived, I had to ask for menus and had no waiter. I then had to ask to order drinks for everyone. While I was ordering food, the waitress kept having to go to the main door to seat people as there was nobody at the door. Throughout the duration of the party, only the manager came to ask us if everything was going ok, once. We were done for nearly 30mins before I could find the waitress to get the bill and then had to wait for the bill and the takeaway I ordered. I didn't tip the waitress bcos she actually asked me twice if I had paid the bill and when I left, her lip was hanging on the floor and she didn't greet. I found this service unacceptable and disgusting, especially considering it was a birthday party. I also asked for the party package but none of the kid received party packs, which I was advised, was included.
