Bad service and poor management!

Yesterday, Valentine's day, my partner and I thought it be a good idea to have our dinner at Spur in Zevenwacht Mall, Kuilsriver and what a DISAPPOINTING evening it was. For a restaurant that was relatively empty, we waited at the entrance quite long but we remained patient and excused the manager as she returned. We were then taken through to our table where waited longer than 10 minutes to be served. The only other couple in the smoking section was attended to, needless to say we were seated before them. After 10 minutes of waiting we went to the front desk to make a complaint with the manager, Jenny, who then insisted we sit back down to be attended to, but it was too little too late in our opinion...
