Bad service and nothing for kiddies birthday

Today I went to spur Thohoyandou to celebrate my 4yr old niece's birthday. We waited for a table finally got one but no one bothered to assist. We sat and waited for a waiter/waitron to no availe, I asked two waiters who passed by for assistance and they said they were coming, but no one came. After plus minus 15min I raised my hand hoping someone would see it and come to assist only then someone came. The main aim for the outing was celebrating the 4yr old, we ordered the party or birthday combo only to be told no party pack. I asked if she will at least get a balloon answer No! Will she get a face paint answer No, she can colour herself. I must say I am very disappointed to be told No No No, what is the point of bringing kids to celebrate their birthday and not get anything from Spur.
