Bad service and no accountability!!!

I made a booking for 20 people for 15/12/15 for 6:30pm in mid-November and also called on the same day speaking with a manager named Chris to confirm and also explained booked the balcony area as we wanted to decorate the area. He was friendly and said not to worry they will have the area sorted for us..<br> <br> Suprisingly!! when my niece got there just after 6pm she gave the waiter the booking info and they just told her that the area is not available they must just sit in the middle of the restaurant. She was understandable upset and they just said there is nothing they can do. When i got there just after 7pm I asked to speak with a manager and the lady said well no one told her what the booking was for and said I must speak with Chris.He then had the nerve to say we were late and the booking was given to someone else and when I called him on his blatant lie he retracted and then said well no one asked for him so its not their fault that we didn't get the seating we wanted. How arrogant and insincere do you have to be not to realise how their incompetence and lack of accountability has spoiled what should have been a pleasant evening.<br> <br> We got the area more than an hour later! pathetic
