bad service and long waiting period bad attitude

I decide to have my 40th birthday breakfast by spur We (my husband) and I got to spur at 9:15 the waitress took our order by 9:40 our food had not come yet but other patrons that came in after use were served and eating. We only had one bottomless coffee each only after I asked for it at 9:33 -I complained to the manager and he came. With the food at 9:45 I cancelled the order as I had an appointment at 9:45 ....he said sorry and I must pay for the coffee which I did and then he still had the audacity to ask if I wanted my change ...service sucked attitude sucked waiting time sucked morning of my birthday ruined thank you spur
