Bad service and food tastes

Bad service at the Falcon Arrow Spur as the lady who assisted us (Eunice) had an attitude when we told her the table was dirty. The glass was greasy and dirty, the ribs they served was not well prepared as they were raw without sauce and the steak was suppose to be cheddamelt but the cheese wasn't melted. Mr Christopher tried to rectify the situation but it was already bad and we just disappointed in such services. Hope the matter is dealt with and they should live up the name for spur because today's food tasted like something out of the ******* bin.
