Bad service and food

Hi my names Tamara..last week Saturday I visited the spur in my area Malvern Queensburgh..after the long lockdown..I was really a very unhappy customer that day..we sat down to order n service was terrible..my hub orderd the steak special n I decided on the chicken snitzel with cheesy sauce but I asked can I swop sauce fr garlic sauce...my meal n ther was litteraly jus a ts**** of sauce in.my snitzel wen asked why..I was told oh sorry mam that was our last bit of sauce like,what the hell im paying for my meal..I also orderd a cheesy garlic roll which was drenched in oil terrible..my onion rings wer soft n soggy instead of crispy ..u.hubs meal his chips was cold n steak was so skinny bearing in mind im paying for all this..and spurs food prices arent very cheap...overall my service was displeasing n food was really not done properly with care..im really disappointed n sad as I always take,my family to spur n usually love they food...manager comes to me n like oh sorry mam...then our cool drinks came wen we was half way through the meal..wen I asked manager she said I will bring them to you myself..she never returned and I had to call waitress again...again im one very upset n unhappy customer..thank you
