Bad service and food - Cornubia Mall Spur

Good Morning Spur

Trust you are well.

Just some feedback in regards to our visit yesterday.

The services provided and even the food was not all good.

We had ordered the 5 breakfast specials.

All the bacon the plates where burn or over grilled I’m not sure , but it tasted burnt. ( we could not even eat it )

The toast was hard like rock and also burnt. We order extra toast that also never came.

We also ordered a kiddies meal that never came with a cooldrink unless we asked just before leaving.

No party pack as well for the kid.

An extra plate of chips was ordered on the main order came after we were done eating and that also had to get the manager to check.

I was so scared to even complain about the toast and bacon to the manger cos u could see the waiter was getting annoyed.

We always eat at Spur and this was a really bad experience for us cos we invited our parents to join.

But mainly this kind of service happens at the Cornubia branch, a lot of ppl I know have complained about the service and food there

It was like everything that could go wrong went wrong , my 10 year old says mum please rate Spur a 1 star for this food.

I understand you guys are busy during especially during breakfast, but ppl just want to get away from home due to the pandemic to have a good experience.

Hope for better customer service and good food.

I sent an email to urls customer service email and I'm not surprised I never got a response.
