Bad service and embarrassment at Soaring hawk spur at Cape Town International Airport

Bad service, my wife was accused of not paying the bill after I payed the bill at reception. How is it possible to ring up the bill for a second time after we paid? Surely the tab should have been closed. This was a major embarrassment for my wife not to mention the precious time she lost saying goodbye to her sister at departure becuse of the confusion. Aviod this venue if you can.

Cape Town International Airport take note, this venue is bad for business.
