Bad service and Bad attitude plus poor service

I normally go to Spur steak ranches and l also worked for the group before, but East gate mall spur guys needs serious training from the manager down the channel to the bottom. l got there and set down we ordered everything at once and my waiter Mthokozisi disappeared and came back to us after some time and he told us that they didn't have chicken livers that we had ordered, he didn't apologize fine but we asked for a menu and again he disappeared and came back left the menu and disappeared, i called a waiter that was passing by to assist me she did that and l asked her to call the manager,he came and l asked him if l could change my waiter he said yes and he never bothered to ask me why l wanted too and he also left.<br> <br> We ordered our meals they came and the chicken breasts were not full cooked my burger was burnt with less basting sauce the chips were so oily and with no seasoning salt, she just dropped off our meals and again as the rest of the team she left. l ate my raw and burnt meals then my table wasn't cleared until we stood up and went to the counter and waited for some one to help me pay while manager Ezekiel was sitting down.
