Bad service all around

I went to Tokai Spur last night ,taking the kids out as they were so caught up at home for a while due to Covid. I just wanted to get them something to eat which they always prefer pizza,but for them it was also the play-areawhich they love. Upon our arrival at 7:55 we were told they close at 9 and got the impression that we can't sit. I sat we will sit but make sure that we will be done by 9 and I even said I might consider a take-away just for the kids,but in the meantime they can play in the play area. We we direct to a large table close to the door and my husband asked for a different 4 seater table and was told it still need to be sanitized. We should sit by the table we we told,and there and then I decided to do a take away. We sat down and wait almost 10 minutes to be helped after I called a waiter. I gave my order which was 3 cheese pizzas ,and then asked by the waiter if I want smileys or chips,I was confused why he asked me that,and because at this time u was furious and still didnt question him about the added chips/smileys,only to realise when my take away arrived it was burgers and then he insisted I said burgers. He went to call a manager and my husband said I should leave the matter and we must just leave. I also order a salad of R56, which was my second time that I ordered this salad and it was mostly lettuce in and it had a bitter taste,the ingredients like the mushrooms bad,and I will suggest they get the recipe from the Fishhoek branch. My first time at this branch with my kids and what a horrible experience
