Bad service

I was just at spur Maponya mall and wow the service was just horrible from the door, the lady at the door made us wait saying there are no tables available whiles we can see them, but we still did as we were were told, about 10 min later two groups of people just came in and passed us, went to sit and got a waiters, so we ask why didn't anyone pay attention to us, that's when the lady at the door now found us relevant again, then offered us a dirty table, still we did not mind, we set there for another 10 to 15 min still waiting to be served, then the manager (Thabiso) was passing and then I called him thinking he would serve us only to see his mme tag but already he gave me some attitude whiles trying to explain to him, that we just want a waiter/waitress but to my surprise he never showed any Interest but still took our order, 2 min later a waitress came and wanted to Move us where we were sitting, yet again.

We just wanted to spend our money thats it... And the manage should get some management training.
