Bad service

I'm so disappointed. I didn't like the way my complaint was handled. I went to Spur Jabulani mall, I ordered my food and a milkshake and there was a fly in my drink, I chewed and I almost swallowed it. I felt so sick after realizing that I almost swallowed a fly. I rushed quickly to the bathroom, I couldn't stop vomiting. This happened today the manager came to me they didn't apologize for the inconvenience, they just told me that if I become worse I should call them they'll take me to their doctor. I've never ever received a pathetic service in my life. I was sad I evens cried. I couldn't take it anymore I wanted to leave as soon as possible, I paid my bill and gave a tip but I'm not happy. I feel sick. And I'm disappointed. I can't stop thinking about that traumatic experience.
