BAD SERVICE

On 26/08/2023 I visited Spur - Silver Eagle Steak Ranch in Vincent ,Eastlondon. Our order was taken by the person who seated us the waiter for the table came through just said hello no other introduction and confirmed the order and disappeared. The order included bottle of wine, starters and main course. The wine came with 2 glasses that looked like they just came out the kitchen sink dripping with water and was +-20minutes after confirming the order, she disappeared again, never seen this at a Spur.

+-15 minutes after the wine being served we asked another waiter how long should we wait for our starters she said it takes +-5 minutes she asked what we ordered we explained Cheese Portuguese Garlic roll and Chicken livers. She goes to the kitchen comes back with garlic roll and no livers explaining our order was placed late that’s why we are waiting so long. I asked to see a manager after waiting +- 10min no manager reaches us by then I am totally angry.

I go to the front desk apparently the guy was peaking to was not told that there is a customer complaining.

I got up and walked out he followed tried to calm me down I said to him I am to angry to talk right now as I might say something regretful he proceeded to take my number and promised to call so we resolve the issue.

Today is Monday this happened on Saturday no call from Bkheki .

Now is this the type of service that we are being subjected to by Spur.
