Bad Service

My fiance and I recently visited Spur Steak Ranch Promenade Mitchell's Plain, we arrived at 18:30 exactly ( i checked) there were no customers and no queue, there were also no waiters welcome to us, we stood at the entrance waiting for assistance. all the staff were busy assisting with "to go" orders i was told and I was told me to wait to be seating. At 18:57 we were eventually showed to our seat (we were not asked to sanitize or complete any indemnify form) we were giving our seat and waited for a waiter to assist at 19:10 our waiter came and gave us menu's, introduce herself and walked away. At 19:30 she came back asked we if were ready to order, we then ordered drinks, burgers and steak. At 20:00 our order arrived with one drink less, no sauces and the steak was no good, i then asked for a " to go" bag because i was mad and hungry by the time. i paid the bill and tip and informed the waiter i will report this, her responds.... go ahead.
