Bad service

We have been to the Spur in Cape Gate on a couple of occassions.<br> <br> The first time we experienced bad service it was a Monday night and we explained it away by being busy and it is understandable.<br> <br> The next time it was on a Saturday just after 12. We sat and waited for at least 20 minutes before somebody took our order. We were at the point of leaving. Then we waited 45 minutes for 3 normal burgers and chips.<br> <br> Yesterday morning we went again. It was about 10 in the morning. We were firstly ignored by the lady at the front desk. She was more interested in speaking to a colleague than seating us. We decided to seat ourselves and then she nearly had an apoplexy when we walked past her. She eventually seated us and then we waited 25 minutes before deciding to get up and leave without being approached once to ask for our order,<br> <br> It is disgusting that this is the level of service we have to accept. As if Spur Cape Gate are doing us a favour in being open. And please do not tell me that it is because there is renovations taking place and that we should have some patience. The other times we were there, no renovations going on.<br> <br> I will not go there again and no other Spur either.
